State AGs Triple Size Of Generic Price-Fixing Litigation

Law360, New York (October 31, 2017, 5:05 PM EDT) -- The 46 attorneys general accusing six drug companies of conspiring to fix the price of two generic drugs said Tuesday they’re asking a Pennsylvania federal court for permission to massively expand their suit by targeting 12 more drug companies, 13 more drugs, and Mylan and Emcure executives.
