Dick's Workers Knock Bid To Pause Their Bag Check Suit

Law360, New York (November 28, 2017, 5:43 PM EST) -- Dick’s Sporting Goods workers urged a California federal court Monday not to stay their class action alleging they are owed pay for time spent in security checks, drawing distinctions between their case and two other wage suits before the state’s highest court.
