By Andrew McIntyre ( December 3, 2015, 6:17 PM EST) -- RXR Realty LLC is close to inking a deal to buy 1285 Sixth Ave. in New York from JPMorgan Chase & Co. and AXA Financial Inc. for roughly $1.7 billion, The Real Deal reported Thursday. The office tower is fully leased, with anchor tenant UBS AG occupying 700,000 square feet at the 1.61-million-square-foot property, according to the report. AXA is also selling 787 Seventh Ave., two properties the insurer-cum-investment-manager hopes to net $3.5 billion to $4 billion from, the report said, citing sources....
