Uber Drivers Get Cert. And Win In Safe Ride Fee Row

Law360 (March 8, 2018, 8:51 PM EST) -- A California federal judge Thursday handed a win to a group of Uber Technologies Inc. drivers who say their contract was breached through the overcharging of a $1 “safe ride” fee.
