Real Estate Rumors: CIM, Shinhan Bank, ServiceTitan

Law360 (March 26, 2019, 6:02 PM EDT) -- A CIM Group venture has sold the office part of a Chicago tower to a venture of Dubai-based Neo Capital for $72.4 million, Crain's Chicago Business reported on Tuesday, citing sources with knowledge of the matter. The firm sold a 290,000-square-foot portion of 625 N. Michigan Ave., a 27-story tower, and Golub, which had jointly owned the space with CIM, is retaining ownership of the space by partnering with Neo Capital to own the property going forward, according to the report.
