Revere Copper Products Inc. has urged a New York federal judge to toss claims brought by ExxonMobil Corp. and Quanta Resources Corp. in a third-party complaint over a contaminated Queens refining facility, arguing the claims were discharged through bankruptcy more than two decades ago.
