CORRECTED: Grubb & Ellis Trustee Seeks To Claw Back Payments To Ex-VP
The Chapter 11 trustee for Grubb & Ellis Co. filed an adversary suit Thursday in New York bankruptcy court seeking to claw back $650,000 that its former executive vice president fraudulently received in stock and paid time off before the petition was filed. (Correction: An earlier story incorrectly implied that the primary allegation against the defendant is fraudulent receipt of compensation. The error has been corrected.)
