Visa told a New York federal judge Monday there's no need for a conference regarding Home Depot's likely challenge to its suit seeking to bar the hardware store chain from filing its own antitrust action over allegedly fixed swipe fees, arguing the court has already rejected similar arguments in previous litigation.
