Patients claiming they were injured by Cook Medical Inc.'s Celect vein filters on Wednesday asked an Indiana federal court to set pretrial deadlines for all three bellwethers in multidistrict litigation on the same schedule, arguing the other two cases should be able to move forward if the first trial is delayed or canceled.
