Northrop Grumman Fights To Keep Expert In ERISA Fee Suit

Law360 (May 20, 2019, 8:39 PM EDT) -- Northrop Grumman Corp. has urged a California federal judge not to disqualify one of its experts in a class action claiming its employee retirement plan paid too much money for record keeping and fund management fees, fighting an argument from plan participants that she had a conflict of interest.

The defense giant and the group of plan participants that sued it each filed competing bids Friday fighting the other side's attacks on certain experts, with the company defending their expert, attorney and Employee Retirement Income Security Act expert Marcia Wagner.
