Law360 (December 11, 2018, 10:08 PM EST) -- ZeniMax Media Inc. and Oculus VR LLC announced Monday they settled their cross-appeals in the Fifth Circuit stemming from disputes that led to a final judgment of $304 million in favor of ZeniMax after a jury found that Facebook-owned Oculus infringed its virtual reality intellectual property.
The appeals court approved the suit's dismissal Tuesday. Details of the settlement were not included in the filing.
