NFL Objects To Deposing Commish Over Super Bowl Seats

Law360, Houston (July 19, 2013, 8:24 PM EDT) -- The National Football League urged a Texas federal judge Friday to overturn an order compelling Commissioner Roger Goodell to give his deposition in a suit that alleges the league denied seating to Super Bowl XLV ticket holders, arguing his testimony is unnecessary.
