Insignia Global Solutions, which provides premium payment cards and luxury lifestyle services, sued Ukrainian politician Oleksandr Onyshchenko on Feb. 20. Russian-born millionaire Onyshchenko fled Ukraine in 2016 after fraud and money laundering allegations, according to media reports.
