High Court Hears DACA: Procedure, Practicalities, Predictions
Law360 (November 18, 2019, 5:39 PM EST) -- On Nov. 12, the U.S. Supreme Court heard oral arguments in consolidated cases concerning the immigration program called Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, or DACA. The justices seemed likely to rule that the Trump administration’s stated reasons for rescinding DACA are sufficient. This limited ruling would hand a narrow victory to the Trump administration.
