Bostock Says Judge Was Trash-Talking After High Court Win
Law360 (November 24, 2020, 6:23 PM EST) -- The former Georgia municipal worker at the heart of the U.S. Supreme Court's ruling that federal law shields gay and transgender workers from job discrimination said a county judge publicly bad-mouthed him in retaliation for the high court's June decision.
Gerald Bostock on Monday sought to expand his unlawful termination case against Clayton County with the added allegation that Clayton County Juvenile Court Chief Judge Steven Teske made disparaging comments about his high court win.
