Symantec Dodges Investor Suit Over Exec Pay Info

Law360, Los Angeles (August 2, 2013, 8:53 PM EDT) -- A California judge on Friday killed a putative class action alleging Symantec Corp. and its directors had slighted shareholders by failing to disclose crucial financial information before a vote on executive compensation, saying the plaintiffs had failed to show how the purported omissions would hurt their interests.
