Ex-Tesla Worker Gets Probation For Peeping At Boss’s Email

Law360, San Jose (June 20, 2017, 4:07 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge ordered a former Tesla mechanical engineer on Tuesday to serve five years probation and pay the electric car maker restitution for illegally accessing an ex-manager’s email and downloading confidential information he later posted online, rejecting prosecutors’ request for at least 6 months of home detention.
