Claims Trimmed In Boeing FCA Retaliation Suit

Law360, Nashville (November 13, 2017, 8:49 PM EST) -- A Washington federal judge on Monday allowed a Boeing employee to move forward with some False Claims Act retaliation claims related to allegations of fraud in the KC-46 air tanker program, but dismissed most of his claims and also refused to disqualify Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP from representing the company over an alleged conflict of interest.
