AGs Lob Latest Suit Accusing EPA Of Missing Smog Deadline

Law360, New York (December 5, 2017, 9:16 PM EST) -- A coalition of 15 attorneys general from states including New York, California and Massachusetts sued the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and its leader on Tuesday, alleging the agency has missed a deadline to identify the areas of the U.S. that are subject to smog reduction requirements.
