Real Estate Rumors: Amazon, Treo Group, Thor Equities

By Andrew McIntyre (May 18, 2016, 10:59 AM EDT) -- Amazon.com Inc. is eyeing its second San Francisco Bay Area grocery store, according to a report on Tuesday from the Silicon Valley Business Journal that cited public records. The e-commerce giant last summer had its sights on an 11,600-square-foot property in Sunnyvale, and is now looking to build an identical property at 380 Industrial Road in San Carlos, according to the report. Customers would be able to order groceries online and pick them up at the San Carlos site, the journal said....
