KBR Moves To Nix Shareholder Suit Over Fraud Investigation

Law360, New York (December 5, 2017, 3:06 PM EST) -- KBR Inc. told a Texas federal court on Monday that it should throw out a proposed investor class action against the company, arguing the investors had not clearly identified any allegedly false or misleading statements KBR made related to a U.K. bribery and corruption investigation.
