$41M Ecotourism Arbitration Paused For Time-Bar Issue

Law360 (March 7, 2018, 3:21 PM EST) -- A Permanent Court of Arbitration tribunal has postponed ruling on new evidence that the Dominican Republic said proves an American couple's $41.5 million claim against the country for allegedly obstructing their gated community's ecotourism expansion was time-barred, so the parties can address the new twist in the case.
