White Sox Want Ex-Yankee's Injury Suit Moved To Fed. Court

Law360 (February 6, 2018, 9:03 PM EST) -- The Chicago White Sox on Tuesday said a suit filed against the organization by a former New York Yankees outfielder who alleged he was injured at a June game at Guaranteed Rate Field should be removed to federal court because it hinges on a labor agreement.
