Enviro Hits DHS With FOIA Suit Over Border Wall Records

Law360, Nashville (June 16, 2017, 7:00 PM EDT) -- The Center for Biological Diversity sued the U.S. Department of Homeland Security in California federal court Thursday, saying it had refused to timely cough up documents related to environmental assessments of prototype projects for the planned southern border wall.
