Apple, Samsung Fight Qualcomm Bid For Confidential Deal

Law360, San Jose (March 7, 2018, 9:36 PM EST) -- A California federal judge overseeing the Federal Trade Commission’s antitrust suit over Qualcomm’s patent licensing practices said Wednesday a confidential agreement between Samsung and Apple appears relevant to Qualcomm’s defense, but those companies urged the judge to find the document is protected under the work-product doctrine.
