3rd Circ. Preview: Antitrust, Defamation Suits Kick Off Fall

Also this month, defamatory sentiments will be the crux of cases centering on whether a vitamin drink company can get insurance coverage to fight what it says are "disparagement" claims, and a physician's attempt to toss a former Temple University professor's lawsuit over an alleged smear campaign.
