Holland & Knight's $35M Malpractice Loss Nixed On Appeal

Law360 (April 2, 2018, 8:58 PM EDT) -- A California appeals court on Monday undid a jury's $34.5 million award to a real estate investor who sued Holland & Knight LLP for fraud and malpractice, finding that the investor failed to show that the firm's conduct caused the investor any losses.
