Disneyland Teeming With Toxic Lead, Enviro Group Says

By Greg Ryan (October 18, 2011, 8:44 PM EDT) -- An environmental group on Tuesday said it would ask a California court to force the operator of Disneyland to post signs warning that visitors waiting in line for certain attractions may be exposed to dangerous levels of lead.

William Verick, an attorney for the Mateel Environmental Justice Foundation, said he planned to file a motion for a preliminary injunction Tuesday in the group's suit against Walt Disney Parks and Resorts U.S. Inc. that was launched in April.
