By Kaitlin Ugolik (July 18, 2014, 12:59 PM EDT) -- Jerry Wolkoff, owner of a Long Island City, Queens, property once known as a graffiti mecca called 5Pointz, told a local paper Thursday that demolition will begin in about two weeks and should be complete by the fall. Wolkoff got approval from the New York City Council to tear down the property after a Brooklyn federal judge lifted a temporary restraining order in November. Artists had sued Wolkoff over the plan to tear the site down and build apartments, arguing that the graffiti art should be preserved....
