Yahoo Demands Sanctions In Row Over $1B NCAA Prize

Law360, New York (July 22, 2015, 5:35 PM EDT) -- Yahoo Inc. asked a Texas federal judge Tuesday to sanction insurer SCA Promotions Inc. and its attorneys in a suit over a canceled contract to insure a $1 billion NCAA March Madness contest, arguing SCA has broken confidentiality rules to prop up a baseless case.
