Spectrum-Surfing NY Judge Bails Out Of AG's Net Speed Suit

Law360, New York (March 29, 2017, 3:57 PM EDT) -- New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman's big-dollar suit accusing Charter Communications of fleecing 2.5 million Empire State web surfers with false promises of fast internet over its Spectrum service will have to wait for a judge who surfs with Verizon — or not at all — after a Wednesday recusal.
