PennEast Can Take NJ Land For $1B Pipeline, Judge Says

Law360 (December 14, 2018, 7:44 PM EST) -- A New Jersey federal judge said Friday that developers of the $1 billion PennEast gas pipeline can immediately seize over 100 Garden State properties along the project's route, saying they've satisfied the requirements for pursuing eminent domain under the Natural Gas Act.
