RE Rumor Mill: Fasano Hotel, TWA Terminal, WTC 5

The New York Daily News reported that the group is hoping to bring a Fasano hotel to a lot on so-called billionaire's row that is currently vacant, at 16 W. 57th St. The group, which reportedly includes construction company JHSF Participacoes SA and the Fasano family, which is known for its hotels and restaurants in Brazil, is also planning to add condos to the top of the building. The Daily News reported that renowned architect Rafael Vinoly is expected to design the new building....
