By Andrew McIntyre ( December 9, 2014, 8:27 PM EST) -- Snapchat Inc. is leasing roughly 27,000 square feet at the top of the building that was formerly home to The New York Times, according to a report from Crain's New York Business. The Venice, California-based photo messaging company is taking the top two floors at the 750,000-square-foot 229 West 43rd St., Crain's said. Asking rents at the property are $85 a square-foot, the report said....
