By Andrew McIntyre (January 11, 2017, 5:55 PM EST) -- CIM Group is buying a 200,000-square-foot building in New York's Gramercy neighborhood from Mount Sinai Beth Israel for roughly $90 million, The Real Deal reported on Wednesday, citing sources with knowledge of the matter. The deal is for 301 First Ave., a 24-story, 156-unit property that's currently vacant, Real Deal said. CIM is considering either converting the current building to apartment units or building a new condo property at the site, according to the report....
