Judge To Reconsider Some Claims In GM Ignition Switch MDL

Law360, New York (August 10, 2017, 5:31 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge said Wednesday that he will reconsider claims brought by people who bought General Motors vehicles but sold them prior to any recalls, finding he painted with “too broad a brush” when dismissing all such claims from the ignition switch defect multidistrict litigation in late June.
