NYC Hotel Operators Hit With ADA Class Suits Over Websites
Law360 (September 18, 2018, 12:52 PM EDT) -- Two New York City hotel operators got slapped Monday with proposed class actions in federal court accusing them of violating the Americans with Disabilities Act and state law by failing to ensure that their websites’ online reservation systems offer full accessibility to the disabled and describe how rooms meet their needs.
