By Natalie Rodriguez (September 21, 2015, 3:34 PM EDT) -- Oakland, California, officials reportedly agreed in a closed-door meeting to not renew negotiating rights with Floyd Kephart, who was proposing a $4 billion mixed-use project known as Coliseum City that would have included a stadium for the NFL's Oakland Raiders and the MLB's Oakland A's, according to an Inside Bay Area news report late Friday that cited unnamed sources. The move reportedly sets the officials up to have direct negotiations with the Raiders over just the stadium, according to the report. Currently, there is also a proposal for a new stadium in Carson, California, to house the Raiders and fellow NFL team the San Diego Chargers....
