Attys Seek $9M From L3 Investor Settlement

Law360, Washington (July 14, 2017, 4:30 PM EDT) -- Counsel for a class of L3 Technologies Inc. shareholders who reached a $34.5 million settlement with the communications company over allegations of securities fraud asked a Manhattan federal judge Thursday for attorneys’ fees and costs amounting to more than $9.1 million.
