Deion Sanders Fights Default In FCA Suit

Law360, New York (August 8, 2016, 2:06 PM EDT) -- Calling his nonresponse to court filings an “honest mistake,” an attorney for Deion Sanders asked a Texas federal court Friday to reject a default judgment in a False Claims Act suit accusing the NFL Hall of Famer and others of fleecing the federal government by misusing subsidized lunch funds.
