Deals Rumor Mill: Comcast, Chuck E. Cheese, Rio Tinto

As the companies try to grab a piece of the wireless business, they have agreed not to make a material merger or acquisition in the space without each other's consent for a year, according to the report. The people said Comcast and Charter's agreement could fuel speculation among investors tthat the companies could decide to make a play together for a carrier like T-Mobile US Inc. or Sprint Corp., according to the report. Comcast recently said it plans to offer wireless service to its customers, and Charter has said it will offer wireless service within the next year, WSJ reported....
