NY Court Upholds Arbitration Decision In MLB Broadcast Row
Law360, New York (July 13, 2017, 8:55 PM EDT) -- A split New York state appeals court on Thursday ruled that a lower court properly refused to uphold an arbitration award in favor of the Washington Nationals in a telecast rights dispute with TCR Sports Broadcasting and correctly held that Proskauer Rose LLP's role in the arbitration compromised its fairness.
