18 States, AGA Tell High Court Sports Betting Ban Improper

Law360, New York (September 5, 2017, 7:07 PM EDT) -- The American Gaming Association on Tuesday went all-in on states’ rights, urging the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn a federal law that prevents states from allowing sports betting, with a total of 18 states having thrown their weight against the law.
