Yahoo Sports Seeks Quick Win In Recurring Payments Suit

Law360, New York (May 19, 2017, 6:17 PM EDT) -- Yahoo Inc. asked a California federal judge to dismiss a proposed class action brought by subscribers to its college football and basketball recruiting-focused site, arguing Friday that the individual who brought the suit is just suffering from buyer’s remorse.
