Telecom Agency Exploring Fed. Spectrum Leases, Redl Says

Law360 (June 13, 2018, 8:06 PM EDT) -- The government agency charged with coordinating spectrum is looking into leasing already-allocated portions of the airwaves to encourage the military and other federal entities to use the bands allotted to them more efficiently, David Redl, a U.S. Department of Commerce assistant secretary, testified Wednesday.
