Seller Gerding Edlen Development Co. LLC bought the 15-story property at 710 Third Ave. two years ago for $76.4 million, according to the report. The Seattle Times earlier this month reported that Pacific Eagle Holdings had reached a deal for the building, but did not include a price in the report....
