Surgeon Group Can't Nix LA's Spinal Implant Overcharge Row

Law360, Los Angeles (January 11, 2017, 4:21 PM EST) -- A California judge on Wednesday tentatively rejected a Southern California orthopedic surgery group's bid to dismiss most claims in Los Angeles County's suit alleging the group participated in a scheme to inflate the cost of spinal surgery equipment that cost the county's workers' compensation plan millions of dollars.
