Ex-KIT Digital CEO Wants Docs From Jones Day In Fraud Suit

Law360, New York (July 14, 2017, 4:08 PM EDT) -- Former KIT Digital Inc. CEO Kaleil Isaza Tuzman, who is facing an accounting fraud suit from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, asked a New York federal judge to compel Jones Day and a consulting firm to produce documents that he says could help him in the suit.
