Delta Sued By Port Authority Over LaGuardia Runway Skid

Law360 (February 28, 2018, 9:48 PM EST) -- Delta Air Lines Inc. and one of its pilots were slammed with a lawsuit Tuesday in New York state court from the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey alleging that their negligence caused a landing passenger jet to careen off a runway at LaGuardia Airport nearly three years ago.
