Real Estate Rumors: CW Realty, KSL Capital, Zom Living

By Andrew McIntyre (April 17, 2018, 7:59 PM EDT) -- A joint venture of CW Realty Management, Meral Property Group and Joyland Group has sold several Brooklyn, New York, mixed-use buildings for $22.5 million, The Real Deal reported on Tuesday, citing sources with knowledge of the matter. The deal is for three contiguous buildings at 119-123 Kent Ave. in the Williamsburg neighborhood and the buildings have a combined 17 apartments and three retail units, Real Deal said. The venture also sold air rights at the buildings for an additional $1.75 million, according to the report....
